Whether for business or pleasure all flights offered by Air Creebec connect to allied carriers to get to destinations all over the world. Air Creebec's beginnings date back to 1979. After the ratification of the James Bay/Northern Quebec agreement, the Cree Regional Authority had an opportunity to extend it's activities to the transportation field. In the spring of 1979 the Grand Chief of the Cree Nation of Quebec and Austin Airways held the first of many meetings, which eventually led to the creation of the airline, which now belongs solely to the Cree, who bought out their partner Austin Airways in 1981.
